What is your warranty/guarantee period for shoes?
We have a friendly return policy – You can order our shoes and return it for a full refund within one week of receiving it as long as you've not damaged it or worn them outdoors. So, you can get a feel of the comfort, balance and our design and if you're not satisfied we'll take it back. You can read our warranty policy for more details.

Why are your bats better to use?

Are your bats compliant with international cricket regulations?

Do you sell junior sizes?
Currently we sell both full size and size 6 bats, and a longer version specifically for the Elevar Gully (35 inches). If you are interested in any other size, please hit us up at info@elevarsports.com and we will let you know once we have other size options available.
Why are your products expensive?
We believe in delivering premium quality cricketing products to our customers and invest in R&D to make this happen. Our bats are finely engineered and include premium materials to provide the ideal balance between power and precision. Over the long term, we believe our products provide much higher value for money when compared to any other brand.
Can I choose grip colour?
Not at the moment. We're only supplying black grips for now. But trust us, they look awesome!
What grade of willow do you use?
We think the conventional (and frankly arbitrary) willow grading procedure is flawed. Cleft suppliers grades willows purely on aesthetics. Our approach is to inspect thousands of clefts and measure weight, moisture, elasticity, and durability. We choose less than 10% of screened clefts to make into bats. What we can guarantee you is that you’re buying a top quality bat, rather than a “whatever grade your supplier tells you” bat.
Bats have been made a certain way for hundreds of years, why are you changing it?
Existing brands make bats that are easy to manufacture - standard and consistent shapes, for example a circular handle. But, this puts ergonomics and optimal functionality in the back burner. Your top hand and bottom hand perform fundamentally different functions and ideally require a handle with different shape profiles. This is what our handle does. Similarly, bat shape requires adjustment. Every piece of wood is different so cutting it to a pre-defined spec means you get bats that are unpredictable in weight and balance. We make subtle alterations to every bats shape, to consistently achieve great balance and lift.

How often will I need to replace the bat?
Purely depends on your usage. Pro’s usually have to replace their bat every season. Amateurs and recreational players can end up using the same bat for 3 to 5 years. We use linseed oil to treat our bats so that the wood can retain its moisture for a longer period of time.
Will these bats break easily? What should I do if my bat breaks?
All our bats are pressed and knocked in. We pay special attention to the weakest points of a bat - the edges and the toe. However a bad contact with a ball can crack even a brand new bat and this is unfortunately beyond our control. If your bat cracks, contact us and we will do our best to direct you to someone who can repair it.

What is dimensions of the package I will receive?
Our bats weigh anywhere between 900g and 1.3kg. The package you will receive is a box with dimensions of 91*14*7 cm and package weight is ~1.7kg.

What is your warranty / guarantee period for cricket-bats?
Bats are a natural product and there is a chance they can be damaged due to a bad contact with the ball without any fault in bat design. Therefore it is tough to provide a warranty on them. However, we do have a return policy – You can order our bat and return it for a full refund within one week of receiving it as long as you've not played with it. So, you can get a feel of the willow quality, bat balance and our handle design and if you're not satisfied we'll take it back.

Cancellations: Orders once placed can be cancelled on the same day by contacting us. If you cancel it in time, we will refund the full amount back into your account and you will receive an email from us confirming the same.
Payment & Gifting
Which payment methods do you have?
Do you provide Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! You can pay via cash when your product is delivered to you.
Are there any additional taxes?
Yes, we are required to charge GST over and above our listed prices.
How can I gift someone?
We don’t have an additional gift wrapping option at the moment. However, we pay a lot of attention to the look and feel of our packaging and so you should not require additional wrapping. You can directly enter the recipients details in the shipping address and have yours in billing details. If you would like to send a note along with your product, please Contact Us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping & Returns
What is your shipping policy?
We ship your bat the next day after your order. Free shipping happens over ground and so depending on where you are located, it can take anywhere from 5 to 7 business days to reach you. You can pay an additional 150 rupees to select air shipping and get your bat in 2 to 3 business days.
Can I return the products?
Cancellations: Orders once placed can be cancelled on the same day by contacting us. If you cancel it in time, we will refund the full amount back into your account and you will receive an email from us confirming the same.
Refunds: Return of Products will be accepted only if they are returned in their original state as shown on the photos uploaded in the return request and within 7 days of purchase. We will arrange for a return pick-up of your order and the courier shall pick it within 72 hours of your request. Please bear in mind it may take 2-7 working days for the Product to reach back to our warehouse. Post this, the product will be inspected and verified against the claim made on the return request. Upon successful verification, the refund will be processed into your original payment method or through a refund link which can be used to deposit the amount into the account of your choosing instantly.
All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box as well and returned), and should not be broken or tampered with. (Unless it is broken or tampered with during delivery)Package the item in its original packaging, we request you to place the box in further protective packaging to ensure there is no damage in shipping the goods.If you choose to self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. In case if shipment is damage or any item is missing, Elevar will not be responsible for such damage. Hence, we recommend you to use a reliable courier service.Kindly note:
- Return and refund policy is applicable across all our products except Custom Bats as it is a personalized item.
- Items bought during exclusive sale events can only be exchanged and not returned.
- In case of a size issue, defective or damaged product, we would be happy to assist you in exchange for the orders placed during the sale.
