Orders once placed can be cancelled on the same day by reaching out to our customer care. If you cancel it in time, we will refund the full amount back into your account and you will receive an email from us confirming the same.
We only provide refunds if you receive the bat with damages and other genuine cases. In such cases, we will refund the full amount minus shipping(INR 300) and admin charges(an additional INR 300). Please note that once the bats have been used, we cannot offer a refund as the products cannot be resold to customers.
Returns for any limited edition product is upto our discretion and will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
