Warranty - Shoes


To ensure the best possible sneaker experience, we construct our sneakers
using the best available materials possible and make sure we adhere to
strict quality control measures in the manufacturing process. Our sneakers
are carefully inspected by various teams to ensure the highest quality of
However, sometimes defects may occur. Your purchase is warranted
against manufacturing defects for up to 3 months from the date of
purchase. The warranty is a goodwill agreement offered by ELEVAR to
repair or replace sneakers that have suffered damage believed not to be
the fault of the customer. All warranty decisions are at the discretion of
Warranty Covers: Material and Manufacturing Defects.
The warranty does not cover:
  • Wear and tear, including wear holes, snags and worn stitching.
  • Failure to adequately maintain the product, including
    proper cleaning and conditioning.
  • Alterations, modifications or repair work performed on the

    used other than in the manner intended.
  • Damage caused by chemical or other foreign body
  • Cuts, abrasions, or damage resulting from accident, neglect,
    abuse, misuse or from other than normal and ordinary use of
    the product.
  • Improper or inadequate fit (once footwear product has been  worn/used)
Contact us to raise quality issues. Products returned to us under warranty will be assessed by our experts and we will advise as to the best form of action and whether or not the issue is covered by the warranty terms. Any valid defects will be repaired free. If the product is still within the warranty period but considered beyond repair, we will offer a free or significantly discounted replacement depending on the condition/usage of the product.
